WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

As each piece is made by hand, the manufacturing time will be approximately two weeks. Once your order is ready, shipping time is approximately one week. Thank you for your understanding and your patience.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In case of a problem with your jewelry, we accept returns within 3 weeks of receiving your order.

HOW DO I KNOW MY FINGER SIZE?

1. Take a piece of wire or soft tape.

2. Wrap it around the base of the finger you want to measure. Make sure the wire or tape is snug, but not too tight.

3. Mark the point where the wire or tape meets.

4. Measure the length of the wire or tape using a millimeter ruler. Be sure to measure from the starting point of the thread or tape to the point you marked. This measurement in millimeters corresponds to your finger size.
